Annual Organization Re-Registration- From May to August, each recognized
student organization must re-register with the Office of Student Engagement &
Leadership on the WVU Engage platform. Use this link to begin the re-registration

Learning Action Plan- Use this document to aid in the strategic planning
process for your chapter. This could be a great resource to use at an Executive
Board or Chapter Retreat! This document was provided by WVU's Division of Talent
& Culture.
Combating Racism Resources- This working document includes various resources
which aid members and chapters in eliminating prejudice and combating racism.
WVU Zoom Service- A platform for virtual/distance meetings and collaboration
FERPA Release Form - Fill in the names and student ID numbers of all new
members or members who have not signed the FERPA release form, print, have the
members sign it, and return to the Center for Fraternal Values and Leadership
New Member Program- Please submit a new member education program for each
incoming new member class during each semester
PreventZone- Each member in the Fraternity & Sorority community must
complete the Hazing 101 and Fraternity & Sorority Life modules through PreventZone.
This is completed during their new member education period
Social Event Registration Form - Social Greek organizations must register
any social functions though this form by the Tuesday prior to the event at 9:00
pm

Student Conduct Code - regulations and standards by which all students at
West Virginia University abide
Medical Amnesty Policy - This policy was implemented in Fall 2015, and
states "Any student or student organization who, in good faith and in a timely
manner, seeks emergency medical assistance for a person who reasonably appears
to be experiencing an overdose from alcohol or drugs may not be held responsible
for a violation of prohibited alcohol or drug related conduct." For the full

Greek Life Calendar Submission Information -
The Greek Life calendar feeds to the main West Virginia University calendar,
the greeklife.wvu.edu site, and is used to pull events for advertising on Greek
Life social media and the Weekly Greek newsletter for chapter and council officers
WVU InfoStations Information - If your chapter has a philanthropy, educational
program, or other event that is open to campus, advertise on the InfoStations
in the Mountainlair. It's free and offers great exposure opportunity for your
chapter

Licensing in order to assist you in designing chapter shirts with WVU branding
Social Media Tips

WVU Website Request - University Relations offers free websites to all
student organizations
Rush Eligibility Sign-In Sheets - to be used by all IFC chapters
during recruitment events. Submit the sign-in sheets after all events to
verify potential member eligibility. Eligibility must be verified by the
CFVL before bids are offered
COB Grade Request Sheet - Recruitment chairs or COB chairs should use
the COB Grade Request Sheet to have potential new members sign in during
any recruitment event, coffee date, etc. Chapters must submit the grade
request sheet to the OFSL in order to receive PNM eligibility prior to
extending bids
Continuous Open Bidding - MRABA - The Membership Recruitment Acceptance
Binding Agreement is completed immediately following bid acceptance by
a COB potential new member and submitted to the CFVL within 24 hours by
the recruitment chair or chapter president
Banner Space - Mountainlair banner space is reserved through the
Office of Student Engagement & Leadership and must be reserved at least
one week in advance. Space is allocated on a first come, first serve basis
with a maximum of two weeks per semester, per organization. Banners may
be a maximum of five feet wide by five feet long. Banners that are obscene,
defamatory, or could incite a breach of peace are prohibited. Hanging and
removal of the banners is the responsibility of the sponsoring student
organization. Banners not removed on the assigned day will be discarded
immediately. To reserve banner space, contact the

Tutoring Resources - WVU offers a variety of tutoring and academic
assistance options for students. You can find more at the Office of Student
Success website.
Carruth Center- WVU's Counseling Center provides service and support
for students and their mental hygiene.
