    Kaden Stenger is an alumnus of the University of Pennsylvania, where he joined Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity. He served Penn as the President of the Interfraternity Council and has worked in advisory capacities for Pi Kappa Alpha as an alumnus. Kaden is currently a student at the WVU College of Law while serving as the primary advisor for the Interfraternity Council and chapter support coach for member fraternities.

    Ericelis Echeverria is an alumna of West Virginia University. She majored in Health Services Management and Leadership and joined Omega Phi Alpha, serving as the chapter’s Treasurer. Ericelis is currently pursuing her Master’s Degree in Health Administration at the School of Public Health. She will serve as the graduate assistant for the Professional Greek Council at WVU.

    Kyle Malcer-Shatto brings extensive experience in higher education and fraternity and sorority leadership to his work in Fraternity & Sorority Life. He began his career at the Sigma Alpha Epsilon national headquarters, where he supported chapters nationwide in the areas of development, expansion, retention, and organizational conduct. He later served at Florida Southern College in the Office of Student Conduct and Title IX, managing cases and leading education and prevention programs to support student safety, equity, and well-being. Prior to arriving at West Virginia, Kyle has served as the Director of Fraternity & Sorority Life at the University of Tampa, where he has led a thriving community through enhanced recruitment, policy updates, and leadership development initiatives. Passionate about the transformative potential of fraternity and sorority life, Kyle is dedicated to building communities that foster belonging, accountability, and values-based leadership.
