    Dr. Matthew Richardson is the Director of the Center for Fraternal Values and Leadership & Project 168. He is a Brother of Delta Chi Fraternity. Matthew earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Duquesne University, a Master of Arts degree in Higher Education Administration from the University of Akron, and a Doctor of Education degree from the University of Pittsburgh. He also received a Graduate Certificate in Program Evaluation from West Virginia University. He is a Dog Dad to two Bojax (Boston Terrier & Jack Russell mixes) named Thor and Loki. Dr. Richardson also has two nieces he loves to spoil named Emma and Mackenzie. His sister and brother-in-law are proud alumni of the WVU Fraternity & Sorority Community.

  • Akeya Simeon, MSW, MA

    Assistant Director

    Akeya Simeon is the Assistant Director of the Center for Fraternal Values and Leadership. She is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. Akeya is a graduate of Concord University and earned a Master of Social Work and Master of Arts Degree in Higher Education Administration at West Virginia University. She is currently working towards the Doctor of Philosophy degree in Higher Education at WVU, as well. Prior to her appointment as Assistant Director, Akeya served as WVU's Prevention Specialist in the Division of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.

  • Carter Lukes

    Graduate Assistant for the Interfraternity Council & Chapter Management Specialist

    Carter Lukes is an alumnus of the Eastern Illinois Chapter of Delta Chi Fraternity, and has spent the past few years working for Delta Chi as a Leadership Consultant/Expansion Specialist. Carter is pursuing a Master of Public Administration degree and a Master of Social Work degree while serving as the primary advisor for the Interfraternity Council and chapter support coach for member fraternities.

  • Jaden White

    Graduate Assistant for Panhellenic

    Jaden White is the Graduate Assistant for the Panhellenic Association. During his time in the Greek community at WVU as an undergraduate, Jaden served as President of Pi Lambda Phi Fraternity and as Vice President of Recruitment for the Interfraternity Council. He was named "Chapter President of the Year" for the Interfraternity council for his time as chapter president in the 2021-2022 academic year. Jaden is currently pursuing a Master of Arts degree in Political Science.
