Academic Recognition for Chapters & Individuals

Academic Honors Recognition Program

Purpose

In an effort to encourage high academic achievement and recognize the scholastic success of members of the WVU fraternity & sorority community, the Fraternity & Sorority Life Honors Program (FSL Honors) exists as a tool of motivation and acknowledgement.

Time Frame

Members and organizations will be enrolled in the FSL Honors program at the conclusion of each fall and spring semester.

Design of Program

At the end of each semester, the Office of Fraternity & Sorority Life will verify student grades. Those individuals meeting certain thresholds will be enrolled automatically and their names shall appear on the Fraternity & Sorority Life website. Organizations who meet certain thresholds will be awarded with a certificate and/or commendation.
