Chapter President
ICS Website Link - Interactive Collegiate Solutions is used for recruitment and roster management by chapter officers. You can access the website here.

Roster Management & ICS Instructions - this document contains links to the Interactive Collegiate Solutions website for roster updates, as well as definitions of membership statuses, and instructions on how to make changes to the chapter roster.

Officer Update Form - This form serves as an official renewal of recognition for the Office of Student Engagement and Leadership and updates Office of Greek Life contact lists. The Chapter President should complete it following elections. Please use this officer roster template to submit contact information for your chapter leadership - the form will ask for you to upload a file.

Anti-Hazing Agreement

FERPA Release - Fill in the names and student ID numbers of all new members or members who have not signed the FERPA release form, print, have the members sign it, and return to the Office of Greek Life

Risk & Social
Social Function Registration Form - Greek organizations must register any social functions though this form by the Tuesday prior to the event at 9:00 pm, advisor approval is required electronically by Wednesday at noon.

FIPG Manual - Outlines risk management guidelines of the Fraternal Information & Programming Group, a risk management association of men's and women's national and international fraternities and sororities.

Student Conduct Code - regulations and standards by which all students at West Virginia University abide.

Medical Amnesty Policy
- This policy was implemented in Fall 2015, and states "Any student or student organization who, in good faith and in a timely manner, seeks emergency medical assistance for a person who reasonably appears to be experiencing an overdose from alcohol or drugs may not be held responsible for a violation of prohibited alcohol or drug related conduct." For the full policy, visit Section 16 of the Student Conduct Code.

Marketing & Social Media

Greek Life Calendar Submission InformationThe Greek Life calendar feeds to the main West Virginia University calendar, the greeklife.wvu.edu site, and is used to pull events for advertising on Greek Life social media and the Weekly Greek newsletter for chapter and council officers. 

WVU InfoStations Information - If your chapter has a philanthropy, educational program, or other event that is open to campus, advertise on the InfoStations in the Mountainlair. It's free and offers great exposure opportunity for your chapter.

Guidelines for ordering apparel - these guidelines are provided by Trademark Licensing in order to assist you in designing chapter shirts with WVU branding.

Continuous Open Bidding Grade Request Sheet - Recruitment chairs or COB chairs should use the COB Grade Request Sheet to have potential new members sign in during any recruitment event, coffee date, etc. Chapters must submit the grade request sheet to the Office of Greek Life in order to receive PNM grades prior to extending bids.

Continuous Open Bidding - MRABA - The Membership Recruitment Acceptance Binding Agreement is completed immediately following bid acceptance by a COB potential new member and submitted to the Office of Greek Life within 24 hours by the recruitment chair or chapter president.

WVU links
Banner Space - Mountainlair banner space is reserved through the Office of Student Engagement & Leadership and must be reserved at least one week in advance. Space is allocated on a first come, first serve basis with a maximum of two weeks per semester, per organization. Banners may be a maximum of six feet wide by six feet long. Banners that are obscene, defamatory, or could incite a breach of peace are prohibited. Hanging and removal of the banners is the responsibility of the sponsoring student organization. Banners not removed on the assigned day will be discarded immediately. To reserve banner space, call the Office of Student Engagement & Leadership (304-293-4397) or email sos-reservation@mail.wvu.edu.

Brick Area Reservations
- the area across University Avenue from the Mountainlair may be reserved by registered organizations for outdoor tabling between the hours of 8:30 am and 4:00 pm. To reserve, call the Office of Student Engagement & Leadership (304-293-4397) or email sos-reservation@mail.wvu.edu.

Mountainlair Reservations - this unit oversees scheduling of Mountainlair rooms and booths/ tables in the Lair Commons. They can be found on the 2nd floor of the Mountainlair in the Administrative Office directly across from the elevators or reached at (304) 293-3250.

Mountainlair Reservation Handbook - this covers policies and procedures for any of the Mountainlair facility use, including meeting rooms, tables, booths, and banner space.

Tutoring Resources
- WVU offers a variety of tutoring and academic assistance options for students. You can find more at the Office of Student Success website.
